 ⭑⭑⭑⭑  Such a fun and uplifting book rooted in the power of movement to improve mental and physical health. Dianne is a real force for good, as an amazing pro dancer on Strictly Come Dancing she shares her insights into the joy of movement (not just dance), good health and eating habits to improve lives. This is a fresh take on self improvement and will come in useful year round but mainly in winter when lack of sunshine may lead one to feeling blue. Well done and thanks very much, Dianne.
